PovertysPets.org was designed in March of 2009.  I was responsible for creating the design and coding the website.  After the coding was finished, the site was converted to a Joomla site so that it could easily be managed by the client.  This was the first site where the layout was completely table-less using HTML and CSS. I was responsible for designing all of the graphics throughout the site as well. You can visit the site at http://www.povertyspets.org.
